PV inverter and hybrid inverter test bench
Sedlačko, Jozef ; Morávek, Jan (referee) ; Vrána, Michal (advisor)
Electricity production from photovoltaic power plants has been one of the fastest growing energy industries in the last decade. Number of small power inverters working parallelly with the low voltage grid is growing. At the same time, the requirements for the correct behaviour of network inverters in the network by the distribution grid operators are also increasing. The thesis deals with creation of a workplace for testing the operational and technical requirements for micro-sources. The first part of the thesis consists of literature search of inverter demands according to the current rules for parallel production operation. The second part deals with the setting up of test procedures and automation. The last part evaluates selected tests of the functions of the inverters.
Iverter for three-phase motor
Mikuška, Martin ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Knobloch, Jan (advisor)
This master’s thesis goes into design of particular circuits for three phase inverter. Inverter’s control is ensured by digital signal controller MC56F8013 with his program. Principle of control is suggested for individual motors. Inverter design considerate universal use and capability for any three phase motor. Particular blocks are compatible each other.
3f. inverter with drive control for drill press
Grom, Martin ; Vašíček, Adam (referee) ; Procházka, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a three-phase converter designed for driving an electric drill with asynchronous motor. Converter is designed using a specialized integrated control circuit and transistor power module. The thesis also contains description of the induction motor control, description of the inverter internal operation, functions of integrated circuits, overall design description and design of the printed circuit board. The proposed device has been built and tested. The test measurements were done on a working sample of the converter.
Model of electric energy storage with management system based on general assumptions
Sedlák, Miroslav ; Kopička, Marek (referee) ; Radil, Lukáš (advisor)
The accumulation of electricity as an issue is becoming more important and it’s importance is constantly growing. This is due to the fact that more renewable energy sources, mainly photovoltaic and wind power plants, are being incorporated into the electricity system, causing changes in the power grid performance. Changing in the behavior of consumers of electricity can cause further changes in the network. The ability for compensations of these changes in the power grid has just accumulation systems. This Thesis for Master’s Degree presents selected storage systems and ways in which energy can be stored. Further, in this work, a model of accumulation system with management based on general conditions will be created. This model will be tested and its behavior detected under the limit conditions.
